Quentin Blake’s House of Illustration Opens at King’s Cross. Children’s illustrator Sir Quentin Blake has realised his dream of opening a museum dedicated to illustration. The House of Illustration celebrates the work of international emerging talent and established artists.

Located in the heart of King’s Cross, with public realm designed by BD landscape architects, the House of Illustration’s gallery and education space is the place to see, learn about, and enjoy illustration.

Sir Quentin Blake and actress Joanna Lumley officially opened the venue on the 1st July and described it as “the new hub of London”.
