The proposal is for a residential-led mixed use development delivering 194 new homes, a community facility and commercial/health unit.
The proposal introduces significant areas of communal amenity public realm space, and a new ‘public path’ restoring a familiar urban pattern, and seeking to make a liveable environment for people who will be living here and the wider neighbourhood.
The scheme seeks to make mixed and balanced communities. Tenure is mixed across the site with each anticipated phase delivering a combination of private, social rent and/or intermediate tenure housing in a range of 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed apartments, and 3 bed and 4 bed houses.

The courtyard garden for the two sites have different characteristics that respond to the proposed ground floor uses – providing contemporary natural play spaces, communal productive street gardens and a richly planted woodland glade.
